Evaluation: The Accreditation Coordinator will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation of professional personnel and this job description.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Accreditation Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation/coordination of the accreditation recertification process serving as the point of contact for the team. The position will work with leadership to ensure proper preparation and hosting of the site visit from Providence Academy’s accreditation institutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create a site visit plan and build a school team to address the plan, meeting periodically to ensure deadlines are met and documentation is compliant with accreditation requirements
  • Compile required documents for the accreditation site team and store in the school’s centralized drive, updating the documents as needed
  • Periodically send updates to the accreditation team leader
  • Work with the business office to ensure all receipts are reconciled with their deadlines
  • Host a training session for the school team
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with operational leadership and board members
  • Write self‑study responses given by the accreditation site team
  • Coordinate contact with perspective site team members
  • Oversee hospitality during the site team’s visit
  • Other duties as assigned by the President

  • Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Experience in creating/revising confidential documentation
  • Previous administrative work in an education setting

    and encourages students in the importance of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and growth of their faith.
