Toddler Teacher

Overview

We are seeking a loving, patient, and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate values nurturing relationships, intentional teaching, and creating a calm, engaging classroom where our youngest learners can grow and thrive.

• Provide responsive, high-quality care for infants and toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment
• Support each child’s development through play, observation, and documentation aligned with the Reggio approach and Arkansas CEDELS standards
• Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and trust
• Work collaboratively with a supportive teaching team
• Maintain exceptionally clean, highly organized, and warm, inviting classroom and outdoor spaces

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (CDA or degree in Early Childhood preferred)
• Genuine love for young children and commitment to high-quality Christian care
• Previous experience in an early childhood or child care setting preferred
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements including background checks and health record
