Job Overview
First Western Bank is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Northwest Arkansas Region. Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company, serving as the spirit of our branch lobbies.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with banking needs: completing financial transactions, performing account maintenance, and opening new accounts/services for new and existing customers.
- Maintain continuous customer contact, cultivating new business and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong customer service and cash handling experience.
- Banking experience preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screening.
