Overview
First Western Bank is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Northwest Arkansas Region.
Responsibilities- Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company, serving as the spirit of our branch lobbies.
- Assist customers with banking needs: completing financial transactions, performing account maintenance, and opening new accounts or services for new and existing customers.
- Maintain continuous customer contact, cultivating new business and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong customer service and cash handling experience.
- At least one year of banking experience.
