Overview
First Western Bank is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to rotate in our Bentonville and Rogers Pinnacle Locations.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with banking needs: complete financial transactions, perform account maintenance, and open new accounts or services for new and existing customers.
- Maintain continuous customer contact to cultivate new business and sustain customer relationships.
- Strong customer service and cash handling experience.
- At least one year of banking experience.
