Position Summary:

The SPS Commerce Sales team succeeds together by building strong partnerships that power the world’s largest retail network. Our Customer Development team plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and connecting with companies that align to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

As a Customer Development Intern, you’ll collaborate with sales professionals, contribute to meaningful revenue-driving work, and be treated as a valued member of Team SPS from day one.

What You’ll Do
  • You’ll support our sales organization by researching, prospecting, and maintaining accurate data that fuels revenue growth.
  • Research and identify target companies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Gather and document accurate company information using CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date records.
  • Follow established prospecting processes with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Partner with sales and customer development team members to support pipe line goals.
  • Assist with additional sales‑related projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Motivated, reliable, and comfortable working within structured processes.
Location

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in‑office presence required at our Rogers, AR office.
