This role is for a Senior Insights Analyst on a contract basis, paying $43.52 - $49.00 per hour. Requires 2+ years CPG experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Walmart Scintilla, and preferably experience with Walmart/Sam’s Club buying teams.

The Sr. Insights Analyst leverages data and analytics to drive revenue growth and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on delivering consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights to support Walmart business strategies, particularly for Vita Coco and Modern Hydration brands.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales performance, assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to identify growth opportunities
- Develop reporting dashboards and scorecards (sales, inventory, OOS, rankings, etc.)
- Conduct opportunity gap analysis and performance assessments
- Partner with cross‑functional and external teams to deliver actionable insights
- Provide data‑driven storytelling to influence retailer and manufacturer strategies
- Serve as subject matter expert on Vita Coco business at Walmart
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years CPG experience (sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights)
- Experience with Walmart/Sam’s Club buying teams preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills and Walmart Scintilla (required)
- Experience with Circana/Nielsen, JDA, Numerator preferred
