As a Senior Client Solutions Director
, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across large-scale retail initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact projects, and serve as a key liaison between clients, field teams, and business operations. This role supports a major global consumer goods brand recognized for market‑leading products across Health & Beauty, Home Care, and Foods categories.

, requiring three (3) in‑office days per week at the Rogers, Arkansas location. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or reside within a reasonable distance of the Rogers office to meet this on‑site requirement.

Responsibilities

Qualifications Education & Experience

    8–10 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a strong background in large-scale operations and client-facing ro

    1–3 years of experience managing and developing te

    Prior experience in sales or client services with a food broker, agency, or major consumer

    Solid understanding of retail service organizations and in-store execution strateg
