Supply Chain Analyst (CPG) – Acosta Group

Rogers, AR. Hybrid role.

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.

This position will influence key stakeholders to gain support for replenishment strategies that enhance product availability for Acosta clients at all levels.

• Support and develop tools that enable key customer requirements, such as OTIF, ASN quality, and the Supplier Quality Excellence Program.
• Utilize and understand customer specific systems, including Walmart's Scintilla system (OTIF, SQEP, Decision Support, GRS, and NOVA) to generate supplier performance, replenishment insights, and recommendations.
• Partner with clients to develop strategies and action plans to improve the overall productivity of the supply chain relative to On Time Delivery and Walmart packaging standards.
• Identify current and potential in‑stock and OSA opportunities and deploy solutions to protect clients from lost sales.
• Participate with Walmart/Sam's Club replenishment managers, clients in the design, implementation, and evaluation of replenishment settings.
• Analyze DC/store level inventory and customer forecast to ensure In‑Stock.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's required

• 3–5 years' experience with Walmart's Scintilla and/or Supply Chain Operations. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Consumer Packaged Goods retail supply chain experience, supporting Walmart.
• Prior work experience in data analysis and customer systems, and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved in operating these systems.
• Proficient in Walmart systems such as Luminate, Scintilla (CPFR, Decision Support, etc.), GRS – Luminate, nice to have.
• Understanding of Walmart Stores, Inc. supply chain operations.
