Shift: Monday + Wednesday + Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

• Oversee the full vendor management process from onboarding to ongoing compliance.
• Set up new vendors in our internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate and collect all required paperwork

• Audit approved vendors regularly to ensure ongoing compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with vendors and internal partners across Procurement, Legal, and Operations.
