We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Head Cashier (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in our PRADA Outlet Store in Roermond. As a Head Cashier, you will ensure that every customer transaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your role will be crucial in providing exceptional in-store experiences and maintaining the high standards of PRADA.

• Responsible for the cash desk and management of the cash team
• Sale of our high-quality collections, support of the sales floor team
• Qualified customer service and customer loyalty
• Tax free experience
• Professional complaint management
• Cash balance, cash opening and checkout

• Training in retail or comparable professional experience in the area of cashiering
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Proven team management skills
• High degree of flexibility and a positive charisma
• Enjoy dealing with demanding, international customers
• Fluent spoken English expected
