Job Description:
Parish Office Manager St. Christopher Parish in Rocky River is seeking a new Office Manager for the Parish Office.
The position includes general oversight of the parish office including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors to the office, scheduling activities in the parish calendar, preparing the weekly parish bulletin and e-newsletter, preparing sacramental certificates, recording sacramental records and scheduling Liturgical ministers. This person is responsible for parish database maintenance including new parishioner records and updating existing records as needed.
Computer skills are necessary in this position.
Familiarity with Ministry Platform and church bulletin software would be helpful. Also, Ministry Scheduler Pro is used to schedule liturgical ministers.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Salary range is $38,000.00 to $42,000.00 annually plus health benefits and pension opportunity.
