Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
  • Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
  • Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
  • Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.
  • Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.
Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Hourly pay: $18–$22 (based on experience and certification).
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
  • Strong behavioral management and communication skills.
