Your roleNorth Pointe Wealth Management is seeking a highly capable Client Associate who takes ownership, anticipates client needs, and consistently delivers a white glove client experience. This role is ideal for a detail driven professional who thrives in a fast paced advisory environment, exercises sound judgment, and takes pride in precision, follow through, and meaningful client relationships.
You will serve as a trusted partner to advisors and a primary point of contact for discerning, multi generational clients—ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional service at every interaction. - Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, account service needs, trading requests, and cash movements with the goal of resolving issues efficiently and proactively
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including account opening, transfers, documentation, due diligence, and ongoing account maintenance
- Prepare high quality materials for client meetings, investment proposals, advisor travel, and expense administration
- Partner closely with financial advisors to anticipate client needs and continuously elevate the client experience
- Monitor account activity and ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and firm standards
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality

Yourexpertise
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, accounting, or related field)
- Exceptional attention to detail; you enjoy doing things right the first time and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with high net worth clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High integrity, discretion, tactfulness, and sound professional judgment
- A calm, solutions oriented mindset and a genuine, client first philosophy
- A collaborative, adaptable team player who navigates changing priorities with professionalism
- SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within six months
- 3–5+ years of experience in a client service, operations, or support role within wealth management, private banking, or financial services
