Mortgage Loan partner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Loan Partner to support the loan process from application through closing and post-closing follow-up. This role is critical to maintaining a smooth, organized pipeline while delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident in managing files, communication, and closing logistics independently.

• Review loan applications and documentation to issue accurate pre-approvals
• Analyze income, assets, credit, and guidelines to structure files correctly
• Ensure all documentation is complete and organized in the loan file
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking

• Previous mortgage industry experience required
• Strong understanding of loan guidelines, pre-approvals, and closing procedures
• Experience handling wires and correspondent lending preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with attention to detail
