• Operate tow trucks to provide towing services for vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to service calls and efficiently navigate the Rocky Mount area.
• Provide roadside assistance services, including jump‑starts, tire changes, and lockout assistance.
• Maintain and service tow trucks to ensure operational readiness and safety standards.
• Document all services provided, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Interact with customers professionally, providing assistance and information when needed.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.

• Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
