Role Summary

, a leader in the Weekend Directional Sign Business, has an immediate need for a Route Sign Installer to join our team and participate in the growth and success of our established territory in the Rocky Mount/Wilson, NC area
.

• Install temporary weekend directional signs between 6 PM on Friday and 9 AM Saturday.
• Pick up signs late afternoon/early evening on Sunday.
• Find a qualified backup installer to run signs on weekends when unavailable.
• Occasionally meet with sales agents from the communities to drive the route and ensure that sign placement is clear and precise.
• Educate oneself on the proper placement procedures for all signs.
• Adhere to a route map approved by the Territory Manager.
• Report losses and stakes by COB every Monday.
• Request replacement of losses and stakes.
• Store all signs in a designated storage unit.

• Own or have access to a truck, van, or SUV.
• Dependable vehicle with space for all signs.
• Availability and reliability to work a flexible weekend schedule.
• Self‑starter who will take ownership of business and territory.
• Back‑up installer on weekends if unable to complete installations.
• Secure storage for signs during the week.
• Ability to follow directions on a road map and GPS mapping systems.
• Reliable forms of communication (mobile phone and email).
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of outdoor work.

Based on the number of signs placed per week.
