Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including entrances, dining areas, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor foot traffic and customer behavior, assist with access control as directed, and help maintain orderly conditions during peak business hours and special events;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest disturbances, medical situations, and/or fire and intrusion alarms, and promptly notify site leadership and emergency services as needed;
Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports and shift activity logs, and communicate observations and/or concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
