Retail Co-Store Manager

Role Overview

Retail Co‑Store Manager at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is responsible for leading the sales floor, managing staff, and ensuring a positive associate and customer experience.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience in a mid‑to‑large retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal work on a regular basis.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors to provide exceptional associate and customer service experiences and consistently meet company standards.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to support associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
