Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T0962) rting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is required.
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit.
• Know and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use the Target App features, including Wallet; direct guests to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering as needed.
• Handle returns following policy and escalate as needed with leadership support.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and assist with stocking during open hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner; comply with safety policies; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-Up orders, and returns while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• All other duties based on business needs.
