Overview

We are searching for a talented restaurant managers, including a General Manager, Assistant Manager and shift managers for a NEW location coming to Rocky Mount!!

NOTE:

Must be able to train out of market. state.

• Job Description of Restaurant Manager - General Manager:

• 3+ years of current Restaurant Management or other related hospitality experience.
• Great attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the hospitality industry and people.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach with hiring, training, and developing people.
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
• Maintains high levels of food quality, hygiene, and restaurant standards.
