Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

In the post-acute setting, you'll be the primary clinician for patients while maintaining autonomy and independence to support their needs. We are looking for Nurse Practitioners (NP) and/or Physician Assistants (PA?). In this role, you will work collaboratively with skilled nursing center leadership to meet specific clinical goals/priorities and with the Medical Directors and/or Attending Physicians for patient-specific medical care.
