Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Rocky Mount, NC, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Location - Rocky Mount, NC
Position - NP walk in (GI available as well)
Schedule - Days, M‑Th 8a‑5p and Fri 8a‑12p
Full time 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform physical exams, assessments, and basic procedures
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on follow‑up care and prevention
- Licensed NC NP or PA in good standing
- Prior Urgent Care or Walk‑In experience preferred
* GI opening available as well!
