Korzen Health is collaborating with one of the largest private primary care groups based in the Rocky Mount, NC Area. This well-established Primary Care group is currently seeking to add a Nurse Manager to their team. Our specialists deliver comprehensive primary care services, addressing the full spectrum of patient needs.

Some of the highlights include:

• Full-Time Position with daytime hours Monday
  - Friday. No nights and no call. Practice is open 8am-5pm.
• Team of 4 Physicians, with 4 Nurse practitioners + full nursing team
• Provide guidance, instruction, coaching, and training to ensure staff perform to their highest potential
• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and appropriate staff coverage.
• Support staff development by identifying training needs and mentoring team members in clinical competencies..
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and all applicable provincial/territorial and federal regulation
• Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, developing process improvements, and implementing patient-centered solutions.

Compensation:

• Full-Time W-2 position.
• Base salary
• Benefits, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, CME

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role strongly preferred.
