Overview

We are looking for a Scheduler to coordinate quality care and customer service for our valued clients. The Scheduler will assign appropriate staff to clients, schedule client services, identify problem situations, and support problem‑solving to achieve optimal outcomes. This is an on‑site position at Rocky Mount, NC.

  • Experience in high‑volume appointment scheduling and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

What you will do
  • Coordinate scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of records‑keeping and adherence to the agreed plan of care.
  • Provide support for key branch operation functions (answering phones, payroll entry, employee assistance).
  • Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks as assigned to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with community service, client service, or scheduling.
  • Accountable, reliable, able to work independently with good judgment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
