We're searching for an individual who has a strong knowledge transportation needs, excellent communication skills and prior experience transporting patients. The successful candidate will have a commitment to maintaining the safety of patients and staff,
Certified Nursing Assistant Certification so preference will be given to candidates with experience in the medical field/Nursing Home. This position requires that you be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide transportation to patients who need medical care.
- Take patients to medical appointments.
- Keep accurate records of patients' appointments and complete pre appointment checklist on every transport.
- Collect and clean equipment during breaks.
- Keep facility van clean inside and out. Will have a cleaning schedule for each month for facility van.
