The position follows a 7 On / 7 Off schedule, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. This balanced schedule allows for a fulfilling professional life while also prioritizing personal well-being. Clinical Environment:
Managing a total average inpatient census of 45, with average night admissions ranging from 6-8, the role provides exposure to a diverse range of cases. While ICU procedures are preferred, they are not mandatory. The management includes a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit, including short-term vent management, supported by experienced nursing staff.
