Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing and site transformation, is seeking a Program Construction Manager to join their team. As a Program Construction Manager, you will be part of the Construction and Capital Projects Department supporting the ongoing site upgrades and facility enhancements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
  • Oversee daily construction activities across multiple capital and facilities projects at the site.
  • Manage subcontractors, construction crews, and vendor partners to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all construction work complies with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, automation, and process teams to align construction with operational needs.
  • Support commissioning and turnover activities for renovated or newly built areas, maintaining project documentation and schedules.
What’s Needed?
  • Extensive experience in construction management or project management within regulated manufacturing environments, preferably pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of facility utilities, mechanical systems, clean room fit-outs, and process equipment installations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and hold them accountable for performance and quality.
  • Experience managing projects in a GMP-regulated environment with the ability to read engineering drawings and construction documents.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced project team.
