The candidate will be expected to perform the following functions with a high level of initiative and independence:

• Dispensing adhesives, bonding parts, testing bond strength and physical properties – evaluate, collect, and record data.
• Participate in organizing and performing experiments using established procedures while summarizing and reporting results in a laboratory notebook.
• Computer data entry including charts and tables for communication of project results and details.
• Operate laboratory equipment and measuring devices.
• Follow safety protocols and lab best practices while working with chemicals and lab equipment.
• Follow quality protocols according to SOPs and ISO 17025:2017.
• Capable of standing while working in the laboratory most of the day and lifting at least fifty pounds.

• Fast learner, team player, good note‑taking and communication skills.
• Repetitive movements with hands, attention to detail, and safety consciousness.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus, along with good report‑writing skills and Microsoft Suite experience.
• Proficiency in project management, critical thinking, problem solving, and handling adhesives and other chemicals.
