We’re seeking a Senior Trial Attorney licensed in Connecticut to join our Rocky Hill Trial Division office

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload across personal and commercial lines
  , including:
• Bodily Injury (Auto, Commercial, Homeowners)
• Property Damage
• Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist
• Wrongful Death
• Represent clients in state and federal courts (Federal admission a plus).
• Collaborate with claims partners and internal legal teams.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a culture of excellence.
• Stay ahead of legal trends and leverage technology for efficient case management.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience in insurance defense or subrogation
  .
• Admission to RI and/or MA is a plus.
• Strong trial advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• A proactive, organized, and tech‑savvy approach to litigation.
