Project Manager​/Sr. Consultant

Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Analyst to oversee and execute complex technology programs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This position is based in Hartford County, Connecticut, and is a contract opportunity with the potential for a long-term role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to drive successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs involving diverse stakeholders and systems.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery.

- Analyze technical and business requirements to design effective solutions that meet organizational goals.

- Identify potential risks within programs and implement proactive mitigation measures.

- Conduct data validation and quality assurance to maintain program integrity and success.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Facilitate meetings and manage collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

- Coordinate with developers, engineers, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

- Document processes, configurations, and system changes for compliance and future reference.

- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational expectations.

Requirements - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and Project.

- Technical expertise in IT systems and data analysis tools, including Tableau and Power BI.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate program performance and address challenges.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in technical program management or analysis.

- Preferred certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.

- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, and Azure. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
