Job Title: Field Engineer - Onsite Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobility Specialist to support and manage enterprise mobile and endpoint devices in a Microsoft Intune environment. This role is responsible for the deployment, configuration, security, and ongoing support of mobile and endpoint technologies across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management solutions, and enterprise mobility support. This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong commitment to delivering a high‑quality end‑user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day support for mobile and endpoint devices managed through Microsoft Intune (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, configuration, and compliance issues.
- Provision, enroll, configure, and decommission devices using Intune, Autopilot, and Apple/Android enrollment programs.
- Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device restrictions.
- Deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications via Intune and Company Portal.
- Support conditional access requirements and ensure devices meet security standards.
- Assist with encryption, password policies, remote wipe actions, and security enforcement.
- Respond to mobility‑related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Monitor device health and compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory of returned devices and prepare devices for disposal if required.
- Manage Mobility mailbox and collaborate with mobile carriers and TEM providers.
- Participate in user training sessions and mobility‑related initiatives.
- Collaborate with security, identity, and infrastructure teams.
- Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- 4‑5 years of experience in IT support with a focus on mobility management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency supporting Company Portal and device enrollment workflows.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of iTunes and Apple device support tools (setup, troubleshooting, backups, restores).
- Knowledge of the Okta platform.
- Experience with Service Now platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, connectivity, and policy layers.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on end‑user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor when supporting users at all organizational levels.
- Enterprise IT environment leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Onsite support role (5 days per week).
- Standard business hours.
