Garg supports state and local transportation agencies with high-quality engineering services on complex public infrastructure programs.

The Bridge Inspection Team Leader is a senior technical and leadership role responsible for overseeing NBIS-compliant bridge inspections across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York. This role includes leading inspection teams, coordinating with DOT clients, and reviewing inspection reports to ensure compliance with FHWA standards.

• Lead and supervise bridge inspection teams on DOT projects
• Perform and oversee NBIS-compliant bridge inspections
• Prepare, review, and approve bridge inspection reports
• Analyze structural conditions and inspection findings
• Coordinate with DOT clients, project managers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• E.I.T. required; P.E. preferred
• 5+ years of bridge inspection experience
• Completion of NHI bridge inspection training (Bridge, NSTM, Tunnel, Ancillary)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bentley Micro Station and/or AutoCAD
• Bridge inspection reporting and documentation systems
