Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Application Engineering Manager to join our team! This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads engineering team supporting the companys top accounts in the consumer electronics market to develop new adhesives and processes to be best in class partner.
  • Promotes a culture of learning, collaboration, and personal development.
  • Mentor team members and support long‑term career growth.
  • Responsible for Cap Ex and drives continues improvements of the labs and capabilities to be future ready.
  • Ensures compliance with all company requirements (safety, legal), and relevant industry/customer specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in science or engineering
  • 10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices.
  • 5 years of experience of leading at least team of 5+ engineers/scientist as a direct report.
  • The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
  • Familiarity with FEA, flow modeling CAD and lab automation technologies.
Hours:
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
