The On‑Site Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering a professional, in‑person sales experience. This role owns the on‑site sales process, building strong customer relationships and converting qualified opportunities into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients visiting the office, providing a high‑quality, face‑to‑face sales experience.
  • Present products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, needs assessment, proposal presentation, and closing.
  • Follow up with prospects and active clients to maintain engagement and maximize conversion.
  • Accurately record and update all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain a professional image and contribute to a positive office environment.
Required Profile
  • Proven experience in on‑site or face‑to‑face sales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Results‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable working with structured sales processes and digital tools (CRM, messaging, scheduling platforms).
  • Professional presence and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consultative or solution‑based sales.
  • Background in service‑based industries such as technology, healthcare, insurance, or B2B services.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
