We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the sales team as a Sales Representative. You will make sales for resident care services, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and executing the sales process to make a difference in the lives of families.
Responsibilities- Perform initial contact, follow‑up contact, and residential tours for potential customers and/or family members
- Assure community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
- Develop and execute lead events according to approved event schedule
- Maintain budgeted occupancy goals and document all sales activity
- Assist with the “Ready for Company” standard and coordinate the 100 Hours/100 Days program

- Prefer: prior experience in sales, sales support, or a similar field
- Prefer: college degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field of study
