• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for associates.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, store changes.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets, coordinate loss prevention, and improve store layout and efficiency.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership, development, and empowerment of a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills to implement tasks and initiatives.

Salary: $22.05 to $30.30 per hour ($54,956.54 – $75,518.51 annually). Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
