Assist with daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals;
Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed;
Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records;
Communicate urgently to other staff and Health Care Director about concerns;
Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
