Supply Chain Manager

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategy in a manufacturing environment where decisions directly affect production and growth. This role combines supplier relationships, contract negotiations, risk management, and cost improvements with the day-to-day reality of keeping materials moving.

You'll be the key link between suppliers, engineering, and operations. One week might be reviewing performance scorecards or market shifts; the next could be traveling to a supplier to troubleshoot and strengthen the relationship. Along the way, you'll be finding ways to reduce lead times, cut costs, and keep quality at the front of every decision.

• 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance management
• Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills
• Skilled communicator who can build and influence relationships at every level
• ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Preferred: plastics manufacturing, commodity/hedging knowledge, or global supply chain exposure

• Own supplier relationships: manage contracts, performance, and long-term agreements
• Partner with engineering on new product launches for cost, quality, and manufacturability
• Anticipate market shifts, risks, and capacity challenges, and act before they become issues
• Lead cost savings, efficiency projects, and supplier quality initiatives
• Travel as needed for supplier audits, visits, and problem resolution
