Join U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis Patient Care Technician. You will be an integral part of a cross‑functional team providing patient care and delegated activities of treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse.

• Gather patient statistics before and after treatment and monitor patients during dialysis.
• Initiate, terminate, and collect patient blood samples per physician orders.
• Prepare and clean hemodialysis machines, perform safety checks, and log results for quality control.
• Adhere to safety measures, use personal protective equipment, and comply with company policies and state/federal laws.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Successful completion of USRC training programs within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire and maintained in good standing.
