Overview
Ellie Mental Health of Rockwall, TX is hiring for full-time Texas Licensed Professional Counselors Associates (LPC-A), Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists Associates (LMFT-A) for our outpatient office in Rockwall, TX part of the Dallas metro. Ideal candidates would have experience in dealing with trauma or PTSD. Also looking for LPCA or LMSW or LMFTA who work with children and families.
Typically takes a couple weeks to have you a full caseload. We have clients waiting.
$72,000-$82,000 per year W2 paid biweekly via direct deposit. Your compensation depends on how many clients you see weekly. The minimum caseload starts at 30 clients a week and can go up to 40 clients a week if you choose to. At 25 clients a week, you are full time and qualify for full-time benefits.

SettingPrivate Outpatient Office.
ScheduleFull time. You make your own schedule. Typically, Monday to Friday 10-6 pm. Some later shifts from 11-7 pm might be needed. You can also work a 4-day work week as long as you are seeing your min caseload of 30 patients a week.
Client PopulationAll ages from 2-99 yrs old. We see a wide variety of issues. You can choose the population and conditions that you wish to be matched up with for clients. We have private pay, sliding scale, major med, and medicare/medicaid clients.
No Shows/Late CancellationsAre paid on a case by case scenario. Ellie Mental Health requires clients to give us a min of a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancelation.
EMR SystemValent. We will offer paid training on our EMR system.
Sessions53 mins to 1 hour each session. Clients come on average weekly.
SupportOn site daily collaboration with Clinical Director. The Clinical Director has an open door policy. Meetings will be set as needed.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Other meaningful and important responsibilities as assigned
- You can use a variety of treatment modalities for clients.
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Candidates should have Texas State clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP etc.)
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
