Registered Nurse/RN – Labor/Delivery Part Time Nights

Location: Texas Health Rockwall – 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032

Position type: Part Time – 24 hours weekly, (2) 12‑hour night shifts 7 pm‑7 am, including some weekends.

Training: Must attend training at the corporate office in Arlington from 8 am–5 pm during the first 1–5 days of hire.

Qualifications
  • A nursing diploma, associate’s degree in nursing, or bachelor's degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program.
  • 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.
  • Texas RN license required upon hire.
  • BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 90 days of hire.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required within 90 days of hire.
  • NRPA (Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required within 90 days of hire.
  • IFM (Intermediate Fetal Monitoring) required within 2 years of hire.
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually.
  • STABLE Program completion recommended.
  • AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring course completion preferred.
  • High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
