Welcome to Sharkey's Cuts for Kids Rockwall. The salon is looking for an experienced manager for the salon. This person would be responsible for managing the staff and uphold the outstanding experience the salon provides to our customers. Any candidate needs to possess a current Texas Cosmetology License and have experience cutting hair, especially with kids. Salon management is a plus as is experience interacting with kids, parents and providing outstanding customer service!

No early morning or late nights. Regular, predictable schedule. Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is looking for people who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, a positive attitude, and are comfortable in greeting, and engaging guests in conversation.

Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.

• Ability to hire, lead, coach and train team for performance and salon goals.
• Operate Point-of-Sale software system.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Ability to work with kids.
• Organize employees’ shifts.
• Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following the laws and rules set forth by the state board of cosmetology/barbering.
• Report directly to ownership.

Texas Cosmetology License, Minimum two years’ of hair stylist experience. Able to work weekends.
