Customer Service Rep
Join our team as a Quick Lube Service Advisor at Drivers Edge, a Sun Auto Tire & Service brand. We seek a friendly and enthusiastic individual to assist customers with vehicle maintenance needs.
We offer a collaborative environment where you can develop your customer service and sales skills.
Starting salary: $30,000 to $40,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.

- Greet customers warmly, understand their service needs, and provide information on quick‑lube services, pricing, and estimated wait times.
- Communicate with customers to explain services, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction, building trust and repeat business.
- Present oil‑change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations and diagnostics.
- Convert referral opportunities to full‑service repairs at sister stores.
- Keep customers informed about service status and any additional maintenance needs.
- Prepare and present invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with lube technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely service delivery.
- Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and stocked with materials.
- Address and resolve any customer or team member complaints promptly.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures in the quick‑lube area.
- Follow company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
- Professional appearance and ability to work in a process‑driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum age 18.
- Ability to work at least five days per week, including weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.
- Organizational skills for managing appointments and records.
- Problem‑solving skills to address customer issues.
- Sales skills for recommending additional services and promotions.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record‑keeping.
- Team collaboration skills with lube technicians and other team members.
The role is primarily performed in a service garage setting with exposure to various weather conditions, noise, and vehicle exhaust.
ScheduleFull‑time position with potential for weekend and evening shifts.
