JobThe Senior Specialist, Contracts in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) sector will join a Contracts team responsible for a diverse business area, with defense customers from various USG Departments and Agencies, various foreign governments, as well as large and small business prime contractors. This role administers, extends, negotiates, and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. It conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
It examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. It prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience with reading and interpreting contracts and statements of work.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience working with Defense programs, FAR/DFARS, and TINA.
- Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analyses.
- Ability to constructively challenge others and take a robust stance when required to promote or defend the company’s position.
