• A clearly defined route to Partner and equity within two to three years, with measurable steps and regular review
• Hybrid and flexible working from the outset, based on trust and outcomes rather than presenteeism
• A sustainable workload, including through busy season, focused on quality relationships rather than volume
• Direct access to the owner and genuine input into how the firm operates and evolves
• A long standing client base covering individuals, owner managed businesses and multi entity structures

• Reviewing complex tax work across individuals, partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations and trusts
• Leading advisory conversations that help clients plan, grow and make informed decisions year round
• Overseeing workflow, standards and the development of junior team members
• Taking on succession focused responsibilities, improving processes and elevating the client experience as you move toward firm leadership

• CPA qualified Tax Managers comfortable at review level
• Professionals who enjoy client interaction and advisory work, not just technical delivery
