Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rockville, MD, for a Warehouse Associate. The successful candidate will manage inventory, ensuring accurate organization and storage of parts, as well as assisting in receiving, packing, and shipping orders. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe workspace, supporting inventory checks, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to deliver efficient service to customers.

Attention to detail and effective collaboration are essential to this position.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse organization
  • Skills in receiving, packing, shipping, and order accuracy
  • Physical capability to lift and move heavy parts as required
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to support cohesive collaboration
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping software systems
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or parts distribution environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • $18–$20 per hour
