Performs implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for agile software development to modernize systems. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. Bachelors degree and 5+ years directly related experience or Masters degree and 3+ years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles.

Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain technical roles.

A current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks, and Java and JavaScript in a Linux environment
• Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
• Experience using back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions
• Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross‑functional team

• Experience with Java libraries to include Mongo
  
  DB, Spring, and OSG
• Experience with Perl, Python, Lua and NGINX
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, and team‑oriented environment and balance long‑ and short‑term taskings

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $225,000 - $245,000.
