A Federal Services Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to support operations at a federal agency in Rockville, MD. The role requires three years of journeyman level experience, a journeyman HVAC license, and the ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. Responsibilities include maintenance of a commercial office, emergency repairs, and using hand and power tools. Candidates must have EPA Universal CFC License and be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
This is a Union Position offering compensation adjustments annually.
