We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Membership Director to join our leadership team and continue fostering the growth and satisfaction of our membership base.

The Membership Director is responsible for driving membership sales, enhancing member engagement, and serving as the primary liaison between members and club management. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression for prospective members and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their membership journey. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about creating exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities Membership Sales & Marketing- Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure new members.
- Conduct tours, sales presentations, and follow-up with prospective members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create informational materials and campaigns.
- Serve as the primary liaison between members and club management.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Support member satisfaction initiatives and foster a welcoming club culture.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Oversee the onboarding process for all new members.
- Conduct welcome orientations to introduce club amenities, policies, and staff.
- Ensure new members are fully integrated into club programs, activities, and social opportunities.
- Develop and manage the annual membership budget in collaboration with club leadership.
- Prepare regular reports on membership trends, sales activity, and revenue performance.
- Monitor membership categories, pricing, and inventory to support financial goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in membership sales, hospitality, or customer service; club industry experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
